The primary soldier arrested for conflict crimes through the invasion of Ukraine was put to trial Friday.
Vadim Shishimarin, 26, was arrested for the homicide of a 62-year-old civilian in Chupakhivka, Ukraine. He’s the primary member of the Russian army to go on trial in Ukraine for the reason that invasion started.
