Two girls taken to Glasgow hospital after automotive collides with parked automobile at East Kilbride roundabout

Police in East Kilbride are interesting for witnesses after a street crash within the city within the early hours of Sunday.

The incident occurred round 12.30am on the A727 on the Thorntonhall Roundabout, when a automotive has collided with a parked automobile.

Emergency providers attended the scene and two girls, aged 24 and 23, had been taken to Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for remedy.

A 24-year-old lady’s been arrested in relation to the incident, and launched pending additional enquiries.

Sergeant Christopher Hoggans from Police Scotland’s Highway Policing Unit stated: “We’re eager to talk to anybody who was within the space, or has dash-cam footage across the time, to get in contact through 101 quoting incident 0121 of 19 June 2022.”
