South Korea’s finance ministry stated Minister Choo Kyung-ho and Ukrainian Financial system Minister Yulia Svyrydenko signed the settlement on the package deal, which can include donations and help loans, throughout a convention in Seoul, Reuters reported.
South Korea famous that it was not offering deadly weapons to Ukraine, citing its relations with Russia.
