Glasgow taxi brawl as plant pot thrown by means of window in metropolis centre incident

A plant pot was thrown by means of the window of a Glasgow black cab by a yob in a city centre brawl.

The incident came about on the Buchanan Bus Station rank, off Cowcaddens Street, at round 9.30pm on Wednesday (Might 11), with police now launching a probe into the incident.

A picture from the scene exhibits flowers hanging out the window after the pot smashed by means of the taxi window.

Shocked locals watched on because the terrifying incident unfolded in entrance of their eyes, the Daily Record reports.

A witness instructed the File: “A man threw an enormous plant pot containing flowers by means of the window of the taxi – then threw it at one other driver after he tried to cease him.

“The flowers took out the window and prompted a variety of injury.

“One other driver tried to assist and he bought attacked – then the man ran off and wasn’t caught. It is all on CCTV and it has been reported to the police.”

Officers say their enquiries into the incident stay ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “We obtained report of a disturbance on the taxi rank at Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow round 9.30pm on Wednesday, Might 11 .

“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”

It is understood the taxi is an unbiased black hackney cab which serves Glasgow metropolis.
