Glasgow police probe into Springburn ‘road combat’ sees three males arrested and charged

Three males have been arrested following a ‘road combat’ in North Glasgow earlier this week.

Police have been known as to a report of a disturbance on Springburn Means within the Springburn space round 5:15pm on Thursday night.

Glasgow Stay beforehand reported that three males have been rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary because of the alleged incident.

Police have now confirmed that three males, aged 20, 25 and 32, had been arrested and charged in reference to the alleged rammy. The trio have been launched and can seem at Glasgow Sheriff Courtroom at a later date.

A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: “Round 5.15pm on Thursday, August 4, police obtained a report of a disturbance at Springburn Means, Glasgow. Three males, aged 20, 25 and 32, have been taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary by ambulance to be handled for accidents.

“Three males, aged 20, 25 and 32, have been arrested and charged in reference to the incident. They’ve been launched to seem at Glasgow Sheriff Courtroom at a later date. A report shall be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
