Glasgow Airport incident sparks emergency response as fireplace crews encompass airplane

An incident at Glasgow Airport has sparked a serious emergency response as 4 fireplace crews could be seen surrounding a passenger plane.

At round 2pm this afternoon an Icelandair airplane, which is docked close to one of many airport’s terminals, could be seen barricaded by fire recue groups and different emergency automobiles.

The rationale for the pressing response is unknown and whether or not or not there have been passengers contained in the plane will not be clear.

A Scottish Fireplace and Rescue Service spokesperson mentioned: “We had been requested at 2pm on Thursday, 18 Could to assist our fireplace service companions at Glasgow Airport.
